Qualifying and Tours

Here is a guideline that may answer some questions.

1. No Section 8
2. Income should be 4 times the rent amount (flexible) for financial qualification.
3. The money needed according to the terms per that unit needs to be upfront. (Firm)
4. No Pets
5. Law-abiding citizens 
6. You must complete an application
7. You must be honest in your application
8. You must be over 18
9. At least one applicant must be on file to schedule a tour. All tenants over 18 must complete an application.
10. Application Fees are only assessed upon touring the unit.
